I know it's on your list already, but I'm doubling down on Dallas, TX!! I'll send a note with more info soon. Also, I would be the person looking to gain event experience and in the food scene.
I know DC and Baltimore will hold you down and I'll be at at least one (realistically DC as I live at the Wharf and I like to think that I can come to Baltimore more often than I do) And add Greensboro. I've never had problems being able to walk right into a spectacular Black-owned food establishment in my hometown, but this 'Cille and 'Scoe joint has people jumping and reservation only and that's saying a lot for our downtown food scene for Black-owned spots. Also, I would be happy to come home and co-moderate and talk a bit about the challenges over the years. Any excuse for me to come home and eat is a good one!

I got two great event/food media people in Philly.
I feel Los Angeles would support this type of Food event. Please consider the City of Angels.
